He built the PMO-MVM™ because he kept seeing the same failure: technically capable PMO leaders designing technically competent solutions for a context they never deeply understood.

Ahmed is a senior PMO Transformation and Strategy Execution leader with over 15 years of experience designing, transforming, and scaling PMOs across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the broader GCC region.
His work spans some of the most complex and high-stakes organisations in the region — government authorities, national energy companies, financial institutions, and large-scale transformation programmes. He has held senior advisory and leadership roles at EY MENA, and has supported executive sponsors at Director-General, VP, and C-suite level to see, measure, and defend the value their PMOs create.
In 2024, he founded RUN PMO Consulting™ with one mission: to give PMO leaders in the GCC the framework, the language, and the proof they need to move from cost centre to strategic business partner — in 90 days or less.
