  • Rate each statement honestly — 1 = Strongly disagree, 5 = Strongly agree

  • Total your score for each dimension (10 points maximum per dimension, 50 total)

  • Read your result band at the end of this scorecard​​​

Be honest. Optimistic scores produce optimistic plans that fail in reality. The value of this tool is in the gaps it reveals — not the strengths it confirms.
